Listen up, darlings, because I’m about to tell you about the biggest event in the 2026 Shoreditch calendar. If you’re looking for the most authentic St. Patrick’s Day party in London, you’ve found it and this year, we’re taking it to the streets!
A Legacy on the Pavement
When I first crossed the Irish Sea, I didn’t just bring a suitcase; I brought the soul of the Emerald Isle. Breaking barriers as London’s first Irish landlady, I wanted to create more than just a pub. I wanted a sanctuary for the misplaced, the thirsty, and anyone in need of a bit of home.
This March, we’re celebrating that legacy by closing down Rivington Street for a bash worthy of the name. We’re turning our corner of East London into a full-blown festival of Irish culture, music, and properly poured pints.
The Mainstage Lineup: Live Music in Shoreditch
We aren’t just putting on a few tunes; we’ve curated a lineup that bridges the gap between a traditional Kerry kitchen session and the modern energy of the Shoreditch scene. From 2pm to 10pm, the mainstage will be rocking with some of my absolute favourites:
- Matthew Nolan: The Irish songwriting sensation (and one of our own!) bringing those massive vocals.
- Opposite Cheeks: Guaranteed to get the crowd moving.
- Richie & Eoghan: The duo that knows exactly how to spark the craic.
If you’ve been searching for live Irish music in London, there is quite literally nowhere else you should be on Saturday, 14th March.
Murphys & “O’Nada” Empanadas
You won’t find any of that mass-produced stout here. The Murphy’s Irish Stout will be flowing exactly as I’ve always insisted creamy, perfectly poured, and plenty of ’em.
To keep you fuelled for the dancing, our friends at DE NADAS empanadería are joining us. They specialise in gorgeous Argentinian hand-shaped empanadas, and they’ve even created a special “O’Nada” empanada just for us this March. It’s the perfect fusion of Latin flair and Irish heart!
Don’t Miss Out: The Best St. Paddy’s Vibe in London
This is the “Mother of All Street Parties,” and let me tell you, the tickets are flying. There’s even a rumour going around the Shoreditch backstreets that St. Patrick himself (and maybe even a certain landlady) might make an appearance on the day.
I may be biased, but this is a party you cannot miss. It’s the ultimate way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day weekend in London.
Saturday 14th March | 2pm – 10pm | Rivington Street, Shoreditch
With love and a pint of Murphy’s,
Nancy
